Title: Glueing under playing field by goalie storm2 tornado
Post by: computerchris on December 01, 2017, 02:15:01 PM
Any advice on glueing under the playing field by goalie. I was going to spread gorilla glue under it with q tip then put a heavy object on it. Also small crack on corner. Any ideas on that? Thin coat of Glue?
I'll try and post some photos.

It was a lot of work but I spread gorilla glue under play field with a wooden bbq skewer. Put a small cinder block on top for 12 hours, and now as good as new. If had to over again I had idea of filling up a straw with glue and keeping end closed off, inserting under play field and squeeze out by pressure on top play field.

Thanks Jim, that is a interesting idea. My Gorilla glue fix is holding up but will keep that in mind if issues in future.

Just an update on the gorilla glue. It worked perfectly and still holding up. I also I glued the side white strips on playing filed and fixed a crack by putting glue inside crack with a needle then putting weights on it, then lightly sanding it.
