Foosball audio tape?
« on: January 17, 2011, 09:16:20 PM »
A few years back I read about a Foosball audio tape.  It was supposedly 41 minutes in duration ,cost $10, & may have been narrated &/or produced by Tom Spear.  Just curious.

Tom Spear's instructional package included (1) an audiocassette tape which (on one side) discussed ideas on setting up for all options for standard shots or passes and choosing options  at a glance; the other side was music that included the song "Foosball Hero" and (2) diagrams for wrist rocket (snake shot) defense sequences.

Hi, bbtuna.  I live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and am not Ken Alwell. I see that you wrote me the next day. Sorry about the 7 year delay in responding back. Hope that you are well.

I do believe bbtuna passed away last November. I did not know him but read many of his posts on here. Seems like a good opportunity to remember a fallen fooser! One of his most popular board contributions was the "table buying guide" where he offered his educated opinion on the different tornado tables.
