Defective T3000 playing surface

I have a friend w/ a T3000 and its a coin op and the balls would not set up for pin position it would  keep rolling backwards well after going through this for months we found out it was not the floor or the adjustment of the legs we where baffled to find that the laminate had come loose at both ends of the goals you could take your hand and push down on the surface on the edge of the goal and it was loose (it moved up and down) in other words the contact cement let loose from the formica playing field this guy spent close to 2000 for this table what a crock has anyone heard of this problem?
