Brown Marble: updated, repaired, customized

I finally finished this hobby project. Just thought I'd share:

http://s12.photobucket.com/user/bknowell/library/Tornado%20Brown%20Marble%20foosball%20table

I bought this table off Craigslist from a gentleman in Green Bay, WI shortly after I played my first game of foosball last year.
Updates(new replacements):
-handles
-rods
-men
-bearings
-bumpers
-score markers
-side strips
-balls

Repairs:
-blown out locks and lock tongues
-loose/ stripped goal box deflector
-loose leg leveler plates
-chipped/ damaged laminate

Customizations:
-reversible ball return modification
-table top topper
-beverage preventers
-blackened and finished bare fiberboard edges on the ball access hole and serving holes
-beveled and hardened bare goal edges(to prevent goal blow-out)
-painted yellow scoring marker posts
-subtle accent colors added(orange for yellow/blue for black)
-rod guards added
-coin chute panel cover made

The table plays great now thanks to all the help from info and ideas posted on this site. Thanks to:
-CMac(Tornadofoosball.com)
-Phil(foosballboard.com)
-bbtuna
-MMurell
-fooskillah
-Alex(akoudrin)
-Zeek(Unreal Foos)
-Ryan Knapton
-insidefoos
-many others I'm forgetting right now

It has a new home in a friends kids basement game room, where it should see a lot of use. Perhaps by future foos ambassadors? I've only played in one tournament so far. I'll probably let you guys beat me up in Joliet in October.

I'm impressed how much love this table just recieved. :) Great job.

I would like to know more about rod guards. How are those mounted on the table and what kind of tubes are those?
