T3000? Need help identifying
« on: January 23, 2017, 12:16:34 PM »
I'm headed two hours away to look at this table and would love to have some info in my back pocket on when it was manufactured?

I'd normally guess this is a T3000 but the white sidelines are throwing me off. I'm trying to avoid a warped re-badged T2000. Did T2000 ever have plastic scoring?

Actually, it's gray/silver... commonly referred to as "the fridge" model. It's a very recent vintage, basically what you'd get new, although I'm not sure if they are still using the plastic score markers. Having said that, it certainly doesn't guarantee it's not warped or suffering from some other defect. You don't mention a price.

Impulse got the best of me and I bought it for $1000. It definitely seems to be a "full meal deal" T3000. I spoke to the owner and he said he added the side stripes because he was used to playing on a table with them.

Serial # is #205596.
I guess it was a Chicago tourney used table. It has an ITSF badge # of 03733.

First order of business is to replace these plastic scoring beads and swap out the side stripes.
