Rene Pierre restoration and parts questions

I grew up playing on my Dads RP table, some of my oldest memories are standing on a pickle bucket playing foosball! Fast forward to a couple weeks ago and I finally found my own table! I am doing a pretty extensive restoration to it.

Like many others I am having problems finding handles for it, and for some reason mine only  has 5 scoring rings. Is there a place to find parts?

Also is there a way to date it?  I found some numbers stamped in the wood when I was sanding it.  Also part of the metal has Peabody’s stamped into it, and it looks like it says 70. 

I sent my metal pieces to get rechromed since they were in rough shape. Of course I have to put in a new floor, and am sanding down the the table to refinish it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
