If you could only go to one tournament per year, assuming location isn't an issue, which tournament would you pick?

I've been going to World's every year since the eighties (maybe earlier)  From the mid-nineties, it was the only tournament I went to except for a couple of appearances at TX or OK state.  A lot of the times, I didn't even play except a dyp or two.  I even went one year after an eye operation when I was seeing double but didn't play anything that year.

My main draw was to see old friends that I never got to see anymore.  Now that they've moved it to Vegas even fewer of them are showing up.  I had about decided not to go this year, but as it draws closer I feel something pulling on me.

It would have to be one of the two in Vegas.  Then Italy if location and playing is not an issue.   In Vegas you see, there are people from arround the globe playing different styles that you may have never seen before.   I played Germans,  to Costa Ricans last year.  It is also in BIGGER THAN LIFE LAS VEGAS.  If you have never been to Vegas then it's really a no-brainer.

But be advised the conditions are extremly tuff.  The balls start out so so slow while the rods are lightining fast.  Then there is the lighting, which some would say is non-existant.  The tables are on this thick-ass carpet and unlevel, and there is allways the chance of a manufacturing flaw disrupting your plans.  Play starts early and if you keep winning, last well into the night.  The Vegas Twins are the "Best" foosball tournaments in the United States, but Mary Moore tournaments are a Very Very close second. With Mary running Texas, and Kentucky State tournaments allong with a National Championship in Alanta you cant go wrong if you choose one of hers to attend.
