I think we should rent a hall put all the money for entry fees to pay for the hall the rest in trophys and pay outs an open tourny , and lets play foos like god intended.no BS Lets all play at Mike Stahls..

You forgot some payouts... better add again.

Open Dbls    $10,000    
    $5,000    
    $3,500    
    $2,000    
    $1,200 x 2    (5/6th)
    $800 x 2   (7/8th)
    $600 x 4   (9/12th)
    $400 x 4   (13/16th)     $23,500
       = $28,500

...etc, etc. Apply to other events as necessary ::)

Missouri State Break Down
16 tables = $9600
18 Jackets = $1530
Trophies = $770
Guaranteed cash = $10,000

Total cash and prizes = $21,900 Plus every players gets a gift bag with their registration and this is not added in with the prize amount.

Expenses to host event

Mailing $480
Fliers $300
Fuel $800
Staff airfare $650
Staff pay $1200
Ball Room $1800
Staff Hotel Room $450
Staff meals $200
Everplay $300
Office Supplies $60
Tournament supplies $200 ( parts, oil, balls )
Event Insurance $200

Total cost to run Missouri state = $7390 plus $21,900 = $29,290

And that is all I can say about that. It is what it is, and clearly has the break down on the flier so there is nothing misleading or ripping off anyone. Hope everyone enjoys the added benefits to the Missouri state this year for about the same cost as last year.

Both Beginner doubles and singles wins tables
