Congratulations to Dave Gummeson and Cindy Head, who were selected by fellow team members as World Cup team captains. Dave, who along with partner Tracy McMillin won the 2008 Tornado world doubles title, will head-up the American men, while Cindy, who doubled at the 2006 ITSF multi-table World Championships, will serve as captain for the American women.
Both are excellent choices...solid players and leaders, who will enthusiastically lead their respective teams into battle, as Team USA attempts to earn two 2009 World Cup titles.
