Mandy,
Why don't you do what I (for my pool league) and several other promoters/organizers have done? I thought you already were on Netfoos? Just get a membership on Netfoos.com, then request Mark Winker to get you an account, make you moderator and from then on have an automated tracking system for putting results in, even for multiple events on the same nights. Then just put the link: to the results, displayed as charts, placings, and with awesome statistics (overall and head-to-head) on this or other boards. Promoters have actually now run several super regional Tornado tournaments on Netfoos, with live charts you can follow, available to the planet. And this includes auto-random # seeding and its such a convenience.
I'm sure you have seen the results and followed some of the tourneys even, on Netfoos links, or the comparable IFP live charts (Ali's program that also runs Foosworld.com) that Mary runs for Warrior tourneys. Would make life and backups much easier and crashes would just be minor snags from then on, since the data would be on professionally maintained servers.
Or. perhaps you're already doing that, and you just had four weeks' worth of data on your machine before you could update on Netfoos.
