Rene Pierre Coin Op Table
« on: August 09, 2010, 10:55:36 PM »
I have a Rene Pierre coin operated table.  I bought it from an amusement service company in 1972 and have owned it ever since.  He sold it to me because the coin slot was unreliable.  I bought it because I got into playing in Germany in the service and liked that style better than the American tables and I had a party room in my basement.

It is in original condition.  The score keepers were missing and one ash tray.  I made score keepers on my wood lathe years ago.  The surface is green linoleum.  I had one handle break off, but was able to buy a replacement years ago.  It is a slightly different color red.  This table does not have a hole in the side to drop the ball into play.

Anybody know what model it is?  How much is it worth?  I am not sure I want to sell it.  After there are a few posts of value, I will tell you what I paid for it.

Minimum that table should bring about $600-$800. Not sure of the model or the year, Rene Pierre makes a solid table no doubt about it. So dish it,,,,what did ya give for it??
