Help Identifying Tornado Table
« on: January 02, 2013, 04:21:08 PM »
Hello all.  I need help identifying a Tornado coin-op table that is being sold locally.  I can't find anything like it anywhere on-line.  The thing that is really throwing me is the 'bumpers' around the outside of the table.  I've posted pictures, and I'd appreciate any insight anyone has.

I doubt it came from the factory like that. I'm guessing that someone put those in after the fact for aesthetic reasons probably. I dont much care for it but I bet it would be pretty easy to remove if you were so inclined. BTW there are some really nice custom modified cabinets (diamond plate, mirror, etc) that have been done. You can probably find them w/ a little GIS.

So it looks like a brown marble table then.  What would be a good price to pay for this table assuming it's in as good a shape as it looks in the pictures.  (ie flat surface, clean goals, straight bars, etc.)

I see Brown Marbles on the NC craigslists fairly often with a wide range in price ($200-$750). If you don't mind all that trim that someone put on it and it's in good shape, $300-400 would be reasonable.
