question about foosball table for sale
« on: February 14, 2013, 10:34:33 AM »
I've been playing foosball ocasionally for a while and would like to pick up a table on craigslist.  Can I get some opinions on this table?  It looks to be an older Shelti coin-op, but it's not a split top.  Did they used to make them that way back in the day?

Look at it real close. the rods and the table look pretty rough buts it's hard to really tell by the pictures. Check and see what the replacement cost are for the parts that might be needed. In my opinion, tornado is the way to go. the price is reasonable for a used one and the parts are plentiful. But then again that just my opinion. Here's the table I have around 400 in, give or take a little. Good luck..jeff

Thanks for the comments everyone.  I finally have enough furniture that it's hard to move, so I might as well get something that I can keep forever.

The spinner comment made me wonder how they are using that table.  I guess that statement might make a more casual purchaser feel better.
