I read BBtunas thread (http://foosball.com/forum/index.php?topic=2704.0)on different types of tables...and still cant ID it because of conflicting information. BTW, thanks for that info...so valuable.

Its dark wood mahogany color so, ill assume its....Cherry or Mahogany 2001 - 2003...
...but, it says product of Valley, as per..

30th Anniversary Grey Marble - 2003 release, only out during 2003
You can tell if it is a 30th Ann model because it will say 'Product of Valley' under the logo on the table surface.
This table really starts a wild string of table changes which are hard to document and follow but let me take a stab at it.

I guess im just curious if its a 2003 and a 30th, even though not grey marble
.../shrug
All and all its was a good experience, I got to choose between 3 identical tables. This one had a glass cover, which I let him keep. In return he gave me a bearing wrench, a balanced man and 15 balls.  This did cause screw holes on the top but its easy to recover.  I took the advice from this post...

Everything was in good shape except a little bit of a bent 2-man rod....he even threw a blank in for freeplay!

Anyways, havent played foos in 20 years, but excited to get back into it. Give me an honest opinion of what you think.  I paid $750, but im in Northern Alberta and shipping is insane..nm there are no Tornadoes around.  It was this or a Tornado Classic home for $1400.

I broke 2 split bearings because im a caveman...good thing I ordered some a couple days ago (thanks again for tips, BBtuna).

Yep, that's the mahogany/cherry coin-op, not a gray marble 30th anniversary. Both say Product of Valley on the playfield. It's this table, but with the coin-op mechanism. Congratulations!

That's not a to bad of a looking table. $750! Maybe over paid a little bit. Clean on the inside, that looks good. It looks like you need to scrub the table surface clean. Some fantastic and a white magic erasser will clean it up nice. You can then loose that extra lock on the outside of the table, if it's not seving a purpose. I would think about doing some upgrades to get it playing awsome. You can either order from foosball.com or tornadofoosball.com. I would get 10 new 5hr red balls, clear side strips (improves banking) 16 sets of the new lo-profile bearings and 8 new handles. That table will then play fast and furious. I loved mine and when I rebuilt it, it was a labor of love. I got 6 years out of it at my work and sold for $500. I origionaly paid $220 for the table. I have since upgraded to a grey marble at my work.

Thanks for the feedback!

I knew it was a bit pricey, but supply and demand runs the world.

I already ordered $200 worth of parts, including wraps. You think it would be better to just get new handles, eh?

4 yellow handles and 4 black handles = $40, Well worth it. All my tables have new handles.
