T3000 C.O.
« on: July 05, 2013, 12:29:11 PM »
I recently scored a slightly used / mint T3000 C.O. Table. It was a steal. I was so excited to obtain this beauty that I didn't think about dimensions getting it into my basement. The previous owner finally found the key to crack the clam shell but I had never transported one before and it is too big to fit down the stairs to my basement. I am thinking about removing the top half hinges by unscrewing them. Thus moving the table in 2 pieces. Is this the best way to relocate my new table?
Also would like to configure my coin op mechanism for free play. Is this possible? How?
Thanks in advance for feedback.  8)

Get a second person to help.  Open the cabinet and hold it at a 90 degree angle.  Slide the playfield off of the hinges.

For free play, remove the ball tray.  Place something to prevent the balls from going into the rack or simply put enough extra balls to be able to extend outside the rack.  Without the ball tray, just reach past the second wall and straight down.
