Not sure where you are in New Jersey, but there is a place in Florham Park (close to Morristown) that has 4 Foos tables. It's called Vandebilt's. It's on the bottom floor of a Hotel, and it's a great bar. They even have pool tables and shuffleboard. It's 100% free too. Definitely worth a visit.
I went there a few months ago and met some guys who wanted to play foosball. It was a fun night.
