Topic: Goodtime Novelty table

We just inherited a Goodtime Novelty Foosball table in very good shape.  The pieces came in bags all labeled.  With the help of the internet, we've figured out how to put the rods and players together, but there are 4 black washers per rod, 2 plastic and 2 metal.  We're not really sure where these go and can't seem to find anything online.

Any suggestions?

The metal washers go between the foosmen and the rubber bumpers and the plastic ones "float" between the bumpers and the wall bearings.
