The "Captain", shown kneeling by Arnold, has a blue foosball table filled with autographs of famous people, mainly famous foosball people.  Arnold is signing the blue table at the Arnold Classic Foosball Championships.  I went to the first day it was pretty fun.  Lots of players, a good turn out.
