There is a 70's Foosball group on Facebook.  Lots of people posting pictures of vintage tables.  Someone will know - and maybe be able to provide guidance.  Good luck - it looks pretty cool.

Looks like a 70's Rene Pierre or clone. It looks very similar to a Le Grande that I still have. It's not worth anything unless you want to part it out and even then, those parts are not really in demand. Where are you located? Most of the players that like the French-style tables are from Canada or from VA/NC/SC areas.
