Bearing Replacement

Hello, I'm looking to replace my table bushings but can't find ones for my table.  It looks like an Imperial or Sportcraft.  It has 2 piece snap together bushings.  Sidewall is 1 inch thick and the hole is 1 inch wide.  I attached a picture link.
