That was actually a picture from some time ago when the "DUCK" was visiting with the president of Mexico.  Picture was complements of the AP.  Notice how "DUCK" is the only person at the table NOT holding the HANDLES but actually holding on to the ends of the other sides goalie rod!! priceless!!!
