Topic: playfield questions

Hello, i found this web site while i was looking for some repair/maintenance info for my foosball table.  I have a dynamo table, its about 10 years old(if memory serves), i also believe its the silver medal dynamo, there is a serial number which i can post if needed(again, its been a while, i remember it was about $750 if that helps)   anyways, it has been in storage a few times while my wife and I moved twice and now that we are finally settled i decided to clean it all up and get it set up.  so after i pulled all the rods and men for cleaning, i noticed at one end of the play surface  there is some separation of the playing field from the board underneath it.  the separation is about a half circle around the goal.   I am trying to determine the best way to fix/replace it.  i thought maybe some of you foosball pros would have some good ideas or suggestions for me.  thx in advance.

PS i also posted this in "other questions", i wasn't sure where this type of question would be best placed but after posting in the other area i noticed similar questions in this area so, anyways, thx again to anyone that can help me out.

While the table you have is pretty well built, the tables by Dynamo of that day changed every year or two in small ways.  It is now at a point where the company who bought the rights to Valley-Dynamo (Championship Shuffleboard) doesn't even support those tables.  For most Tornado Tables, the parts have been the same since ........well, damn near forever.  Not so with the Dynamo.

Playfields are difficult repairs anyway, but to try to repair a playfield in what is now an obsolete table, is going to ultimately be some sort of makeshift deal anyway.  Unfortunately you will need to be creative.  Even if the playfield was available, the cost would be prohibitive (i.e. more than the value of the table).

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Please don't blame the current producer of the Dynamo tables--this all happened before their watch.

i found this playfield, http://www.foosballstore.com/products/description/1151.cfm, but i am not sure if its compatible.  I'm going to give them a call tomorrow to see, but i'm not sure how knowledgeable this company is.  i tried getting some gorilla glue into center of the bubble but i was having a problem getting the gorilla glue far enough in.  If i could separate the playfield from the table i am sure i could get the glue down there and maybe even get it repaired pretty good but i am not sure how tough it is to remove the entire playfield.  i see screws going into in from the cabinet but it looks like there might be some on the ends too that i can't get to unless i disassemble the entire cabinet, so unless the ends are just resting on these ledges stapled in there that might be a bit tough.
