I looked on this forum and didn't see anything about it.

This is all kinds of awesome IMO. I JUST found this so I don't know anything other than what's on this page. It would great if somebody sold a kit to retro-fit Tornadoes.    I should think that it could even speed up tournaments since sometimes reporting scores lags and the cumulative effect of this makes everything go late.

Let the fawning begin.

never seen it but it looks like a good idea if it could go on other tables

Don't know about the technical feasability but would love to see /hear turnover alarms sound after 10 or 15 seconds elapsed with the ball under the rod (within reach) or in the associated area.
