Press release

WILMINGTON, NC--(Marketwire – Oct. 2, 2012) - New Potato Technologies, an innovator and developer of app-enabled accessories, brings classic foosball into the future with New Potato’s Classic Match Foosball  for iPad TM accessory.
Foosball was invented in the 1920’s, and New Potato has brought this classic game into the future as the latest in the innovative series of their app-enabled accessory products Foosball for iPad TM demonstrates the ultimate integration of the iPad’s sophisticated technology and capability with a live gameplay experience . The power and capability of the iPad is showcased with foosball through the dazzling 3D graphics and real-time gameplay created by this unique combination.
The game table is complete with eight functional and two-axis control bars. Players can celebrate their scores with the table’s real scoring markers at each end. Your iPad is transformed into a foosball field fitting neatly inside the table, which also functions as a charge and sync dock.  The Classic Match Foosball for iPad accessory’s rugged construction can withstand even the most zealous of players, and thanks to the device's folding legs, the game table is easy to either transport or store.
The free software app, available in the iTunes store, makes possible an array of features including the ability to select Classic Foosball playfields, layouts, and tournament Foosball rules. Additional features include the ability to customize your team colors and sponsors, 3D instant replays, realistic game and crowd sounds, and the satisfying “clunk” of the players “hitting the ball”.
The first public unveiling of Classic Match Foosball TM will be during the nation’s oldest and longest running state Foosball event, the 38th Annual North Carolina State Foosball Championship, which will be held on Oct. 5th, 6th, and 7th, in Wilmington, NC.  The tournament is sponsored by Bonzini USA, a division of Cribbs, Inc. and will be raising money for the Brigade Boys and Girls Club and the R.J. Reynolds 'Right Decisions, Right Now' Youth Tobacco Prevention program.
“Our tournament players are going to go wild when they find out they will be the first to try out the hottest new Foosball App for iPad from New Potato Technologies this weekend at the NC State Foosball Championships”, said Alan Cribbs, President of Bonzini U.S.A. and Cribbs Inc. adding, “ This app will definitely keep our player’s minds on the game between matches and who knows what kind of game strategies they may come up with their iPads- and then transfer to the table.”
Foosball is a worldwide favorite known by many names including the most common English names table football or footzy.  The French know it as baby-foot, and in Germany and Russia it is called kicker.
Classic Match Foosball for iPad TM is available now at www.newpotatotech.com and in select retail locations for $99.99.
