The elections process for the positions of USTSF President and for the six USTSF Board of Directors is now finished. Votes were submitted by the USTSF Regional and State Directors, and counted/verified by the two primary election judges (myself and Joe Koonce).
Effective this date (October 6, 2012), the new and/or re-elected USTSF Board of Directors are:
Karen Lamano (San Jose, CA)
Shelly Langley (Greeley, CO)
Phil Peros (Reseda, CA)
David Radack (Dallas, TX)
Evan Stachelek (Huntington Beach, CA)
Jim Stevens (Durango, CO)
The new (re-elected) USTSF President is Pat Ryan (Baltimore, MD), having won by a margin of approximately 3 to 1 (75%/25%).
At this time I'd like to congratulate all new and/or returning USTSF Board members, and thank USTSF's all-volunteer Regional and State Directors for their timely support in the elections process. Of additional note, I'd like to thank Cissi Whipple who, although she did not win the post she was striving for, remains as a USTSF Regional Director and whose election platform presented a number of progressive/useful ideas that I'm sure the new Board will take into consideration/for action as appropriate.
