Which do you shoot, or which do you think has a higher percentage?

I got cut off  :-\, anyway unless your a pro master from back in the day, close handed pull shots seem to be much faster and accurate than open handed. I only use a palmroll on a tic tac or push kick and never in competition....

I have to say that the fastest pullkick I've ever seen was probably open handed, but I couldn't be sure(too fast for me to tell). Pull shots for sure are best closed.

There are quite a few players that are very very fast while "Medically enhanced"

Thor Donovan and Chris Dube both shoot excellent pull-kicks.  Thor's is closed handed, Dube's (and Eric Dunn's) are open handed. All are extremely fast.

I saw Chris at the Kansas City Classic, his 5 bar is no slouch either. His pull Kick is incredible LOUD.
