How do I restore a vintage table??
« on: February 09, 2015, 12:25:11 PM »
Please help! I rescued a vintage foosball table and would love to restore the glass and graphic on the bottom of it so that my kids and I can enjoy it. It's cracked and water damaged so it's warped and molded. Sad

 The glass measures approx. 47 1/2" x 26 1/2".
It says "Patterson International. Alms Hotel building, Cinn Ohio. Times product groups. Pat # 208,480"

I think it's around 1968? I'm not sure, this is new to me.

Can anyone provide additional info on this forgotten treasure and point me in the right direction to bring it back to life?

Thank you!

It sounds like a table named "Foosball Match".  You'll probably have problems finding original parts unless you can find someone who has a parts table.  If you're only trying to make it playable, some Deutscher Meister men and parts may work.  They were similar.  They used cork balls.

Be careful how much you spend.  You can easily spend more on parts than what the table would be worth whole.
