Help for a newby?
« on: August 27, 2006, 02:04:49 AM »
Does anyone have any advice for a player looking to join a league or start entering tournaments? I have a partner and we feel ready to play but don't know where to begin.

Any and all advice would be appreciated!

Where are you located?  Most large cities have some sort of weekly DYP where everyone is paired with a randomly drawn partner.

Dear Newby, Find or recruit two more foosers and get together regularly at the same spot. Other players will be attracted to you like magic. Then call your local coin operator and ask the m to organize a VIFA Charter. Have fun and let us know how it's going!
