Topic: LED lights

I know of you have done this. My boys really want to add some LED lighting around the sides of the our table. What has worked for some of you all as you have done this. What lights, where did you get them etc...

What brand of table? I have seen this done on Bonzini tables, which (although not my cup of tea) works because the side rails have a slight overhang over the playfield. That way the rope light  (easiest way to go and can be either incandescent or LED) can be tucked underneath the rail and illuminate the playfield without shining up into the players eyes. Not sure how one would do this on a Tornado-style table without some extra carpentry to create an overhang.
