Need to get legs for this table

I just bought a sportcraft foosball table that is very heavy.  I"m trying to identify the model because it does not have legs.  Also need to order balls.  The numbers on the bottom of the table say 350098-003.  It also has an electronic scoreboard above one of the goals.  Thanks.
