Hi,
I'm contemplating on building my own Tornado table. I've found some guides online, but they seem to have contradictionary specifications. The one thing I'm particularly confused about is the rod diameter. For a while I thought it was definitely 5/8". However, the other day I saw that it might be smaller, 9/16". And then I saw that it could be yet something else:
* Material: D 1026 mechanical tube .619 +/- .001" outside diameter, .3095 +/- .008" inside diameter
* Ends: .0312 X .0312 chamfer and deburr
* Hole: Bore W/#19 (.1660") Drill typ 4/6 PL. +/- .005"
Also, how big are the wholes for the bearings, I know the bearings themeselves are 1-1/4" diameter and 1-1/2" wall thickness.
Just not sure who to trust really and not like I can go and measure it myself, as I live in New Zealand where Tornado tables are unavailable completely.
Any help on the exact specs, appreciated. Perhaps someone could measure accurately their official coin-op and post the measurements here?
Thanks in advance!
