Topic: can you name this table?

i just picked up this table for 40.00 out of the classifieds. other than the pics this is what i know about it. the inside diameter of the playing Field is 46 1/4"x26 3/4"x5" the out side of the cabinet is 54"x28 3/4"x33 3/4" the side wall is 1" thick the men have premier soccer on them and the is a # on the bottom of the playing Field for customer service it is 1-800-344-6979 witch is no longer in service. the sloped corners on the playing Field are built in to the table not a separate piece added to the the corners.

Almost looks like a hybrid table. TS Bluetop men and TS Browntop handles. I could be a good funzy table or table for beginner children for what you paid, but not good for tourney practice. That being said, I probably would have bought it too for the price... You can probably use any tables score markers ordered through foosball.com, and just use pennies until they arrive.

i swiped score markers off a multi game table that i had before. I'm most likely never going to make tournament player but am trying to improve my game some. i keep reading every thing i can on this site and trying to put it to good use. is there a way to remove these grips with out damaging them? the reason i ask is that i would like to up grade to wooden handles but have no way of knowing whether or not the rods are drilled for a wooden Handel.

Ha my old roommate used to have one of those. Not to discourage you, but that table is a piece of crap. The rubber handles come off if you yank on them too hard.LOL I think his just fell apart on its own. Its good for little kids I guess but I doubt its worth the effort to try to make it any better. Build quality is not exactly great.

wow i thought i didn't do to bad hunting down my new rec. table. i know a bolt together cabinet is not the best but the cabinet is all constructed out of mdf as is the playing Field and there for quite heavy, it dose not have screw in levers but it has the boots so it may be shimmed. i tried to pull one of the handles off last night and it was a no go. any other idea's

If you have the table just for your kids or to play on every now and then then hell of a deal..but If you got the table with becoming pro in mind...get a used coin op tornado....Its like comparing a go cart to a nascar.....not the same league...but the same concept....

this table is a fun for every one kind of deal! if interest peaks and stays that way i will up grade to a better table. i was in a shop today and saw a ts table in person and i would have to say that it was a carbon copy of what i have sitting in my house right now other then it has a black top and wood handles!

patrickkomar you might try some new tornado balls that will help the play i had a t s black top i went and got some land scaping bricks there
about 3 inchs thick and put them under the legs that brought the table
to tornado highth if your interest peaks you will want a tornado

It might be a carbon copy because the black top TS tables were made after TS was bought by a different company. The table quality suffered greatly!

I have a table with the same men and rods, but it has cheap plastic bearings.  It hasn't helped me develop my game at all, but I bought it when I was just starting out playing for fun.

You can definitely have fun with this table.  I would get a couple of balls from foosball.com (maybe a pink tornado ball and a yellow dynamo ball for starters), and get some fooslube as well to the keep the rods moving nice and smooth.  For home play, this table will be fine (and a deal for $40!).  And you should be able to sell it for the same as you paid for it if you ever decide that an upgrade is needed.  Until then, have some fun!

AND, everything you read here about how to play foosball can be applied to play on this table.  I know because I just went to a rec tournament a few weeks ago, and played a few tournament matches on a tbale JUST LIKE THAT ONE!
