What is the purpose of the ready ramp?  I left it out when assembling table and can't figure out where its suppose to go?

LOL!  :D

It goes above the ball return rails where the balls enter the return mechanism. It's what catches the balls when they come out after you've pushed the coin mech in.

The balls sit on top of it while they're waiting for you to grab them and smack em around.  :D

Without it, you can reach into the table and grab the balls off the return rails. That's how they are put on free play at tournaments, the ready ramp is left out.

lol, anyone got a pic of it installed?  should I leave it out?  I do want it to stay on free play.

There's one in the 3rd pic under the "fix for cupped surface" post.
You can see the top of a ball sitting on it near the lower right center edge of the pic.

If you have it at home, and you don't have a kid that might eat the balls, then there's no real reason to have it on.
Plus with it on, your gonna have to put the coin mech on as well, because the balls will be in the trap and the coin mech opperates the trap which drops the balls into the ready ramp....LOL..

But if your gonna put on location, then you might want to put it on.....elsewise you won't make no money!  :-)
