When playing on Tornado tables especially at tournament events what are quality checks that each table has to pass in order to be used, specifically, for rods and the men attached. When the men are attached to the rods and then the rod is turned up where the feet of the men are straight up vertical, shouldn't their feet be flush from one side to the other? If not flush, wouldn't this affect the ability to pass the foosball between men consistently? Men that are not pinned to the rod evenly are like this due to rod holes that are not drilled evenly correct? I say this because I have recently been through three Tornado tables, a Storm, Cyclone and now a T2000 non-coinop due to defects in the craftmenship of these tables. All three, including the T2000 non-coinop which was put together last night here in my home have rods with foosmen feet pointing different directions. Is this something that only I am seeing or do others know what I am referring to? Since the T2000 was already assembled with the rods, men and handles, I would have thought the rods would have been checked for men flushness before shipping, however, I was wrong. Is it even possible to receive a table with foosmen 100% flush for all rods? The Cyclone II table at my job seemed to have accomplished this. I really hope that some on this board can relate to this issue and share some insight as to why this might be occuring.
