New balls
« on: September 03, 2008, 12:19:32 PM »
So I'm in an organization that plays a lot of foosball. The table we have is a Tornado Cyclone II that's in decent shape. I've been working on improving the play quality of the table (leveling it, placing bricks inside to make it heavier, lubing it up, etc). But now I'm onto one of the more expensive part of the maintenance... buying new balls. So my question is what kind of balls should I buy and where should I buy them. I've only ever used Tornado tournament balls. I'm also not sure which generation play surface we have. Anyway, what we have now are some severely worn balls that let just about anything in if hit hard enough, and I'm trying to foster a sense that controlled play is more competitive than junk.

So yeah... which balls and where?

Tornado ball is fiddisent less but I would go with the Dyno until I could try out the Warrior and new Tornado ball

this is not an area to save yourself money...you need to get these balls from a reliable source...you can buy them on eBay but good luck

if you buy them from foosball.com you will know you are getting it from a reliable source, it is a competitive price (not cheapest but reasonable for the market), and you will be supporting those who bring you this forum.
