I am a newbie and wants to buy a foosball for my birthday. What a foosball table should I buy if I dont want to buy a top one...
Torando Whirlwind is a good start for me if I will use it for many years? what are positives and negatives about it
The big negative of the Whirlwind is that it doesn't have counterbalanced men, so you can't get the men out of the way in singles. Otherwise it's lighter and the bearings are a bit different, but those aren't huge problems for a beginner.
It is possible to replace the men, but it's like $5 per man so I'd recommend looking around for a used cyclone if you can find it.
If you're only playing doubles (no 1-on-1) the counterbalanced men aren't a huge deal.
