Can I make a suggestion here? To whoever is the creator of these nightmares...
Do everyone's eyes a favor and move all that mind-numbing minutiae off "paper" and onto the web with separate pages for the various important areas (Schedule/payouts/fees/general info). If an actual flyer is necessary, just have it contain the basics... event title/dollar amount, date(s), location and where to get additional info.
Trying to cram all that information onto one or two pages results in a nearly unreadable, unprofessional-looking mess... numerous typos, weird mixtures of different typefaces, horrible colors and misshapen graphics/pics.
Doing so would also make it much easier and faster to make any necessary changes.
