"Gauntlet" - a 3-person mode

About 9 months ago my co-workers and I created a 3-person game mode that we play in our league. I finally got around putting the instructions up on the internet and would love to get fellow Foosers opinions on it. We have a blast playing this, hopefully you guys will too!
