Good customer service is hard to find especially when it comes to purchasing a quality foosball table like a Bonzini.  That is why I wholeheartedly recommend Alan Cribbs as the person to contact if any of you are interested in purchasing a new or used Bonzini.  As you know, a Bonzini is a pretty sizeable investment. Moreover, buying some someone across the country and having it shipped to the West Coast gives rise for some concern.  Alan and Gloria were both pleasant to deal with and very professional.  They took care of us from the very beginning and gave us a fair price for a B90. 

Needless to say, I had contacted the "other" Bonzini seller who was selling the same table at a markedly lower price.  What I got, in return, was either a busy signal or "leave a message". No human on the other line. So I turned to Alan who was prompt in returning calls.  He got our business as a result.

I (and many others, I'm sure) can echo your praise for BonziniUSA and both Alan and Gloria Cribbs. I have been restoring an old B60 over the past year and they have been such great help: special ordering parts from France, meeting me in Raleigh to hand deliver parts, loaning me specialized tools, giving me restoration tips - the list goes on! If only all businesses were run as well as BonziniUSA.

I'm away from home working on a project feeling a little home sick.
Gloria is manning the office and I trying to assist her away from home.
It's been an incredible journey for 15 years transitioning from a player to the business side.
I love this style of game so much and we've been able to do so many things that spin a positive image for the game.
I have spoken to each of you and I'm sure you can tell there was an expression of passion for the product and culture that just does not compare. I think we have an incredible opportuniy in the future to pass that passsion for the product and culture of play for years to come. November 2nd marks our 15th anniversary as Bonzini USA and we recently surpassed $175,000.00 in charitablae donations. It has not been easy but it was worth the sacrifice.
I love Gloria so much for standing beside me and bringing her business expertise to the compamy. Bruce Nardoci has been, and will forever be one of my closest friends that has made the exsistance of Bonzini USA possible. So when you call call the office, you can be assured the people behind the product want to provide you with a product that will last for generations.
