Best Method to Glue De-Laminated Exterior Laminate

I have a "like new" gray marble coin op that I've owned for the past 6 months. When I bought the table the only flaw was one very small area on the exterior outside wall at the end of the table had come away from the mdf. This was very minor. Other than that the table was mint. Now I noticed that there are several more areas doing the same thing including the black service on the top of the table where the score keepers are. A couple of items of note. I keep this table in a garage in Louisiana. I run 2 dehumidifiers at all times keeping relative humidity to around 50%. This is my 3rd tornado coin op table and the other two I owned stayed in the same conditions for several years and never showed any signs of delamination. I believe this to be a manufacturing flaw for this particular table.

My question is what is the best method/type of glue to re-glue the side walls and top? Any input is appreciated.
