Looks like a Harvard or Sportcraft. Quality is not high. Although the seller may have paid hundreds for that table when new, you can find similar condition and quality on Craigslist for about $100.

Here's a table in Raleigh that is much higher quality. Seller says price is negotiable. Might be able to get it down to the same price as the one you were looking at.
