It’s called a “brown-marble” for obvious reasons. It just what I have. If you have the original white side-strips, get the clear ones from Charles McIntosh. If original bearings, replace them. There are also newer versions of the men.

The side-strips will allow bank shots.
The bearings are thinner on the side facing the table.
The men are a little different - you may get away with only replacing the shooting men.

Thanks for identifying it.  I'll check into those items.  I do know the guy I bought it from put new men on it.

I don't think he replaced any bearings or side strips.  I can currently do bank shots, though.

Either the side strips are white or clear. The original  white are thicker and cause the ball to hop. The thinner bearings are because the ball can get closer to the wall with the thinner clear strips. This are assumes that you intend to, someday, compete.

...It's old, that's about all I know...

It looks to be in pretty good shape!  Early 1980's Model is my guess.  Clues are
- Longer legs with small levelers
- 50cent push chute
- Round bearing nuts
- Silver score posts

Are two field trims along each sidewall silver or white?
What's the serial number (metal plate near black goalie rod)?
Any "dates" on vendor sticker below coin mech?

Shout if you want tune up tips/advice... happy to help...

The vendor sticker is for the Texas Amusement Machine Commission.  The one under the coin mech is 1987 and there is another one the other side for 1986.

The field trims are silver, is that good?
Serial number is: 82X647

The table plays great, rods are smooth and the men are new.  Coin mech works great, too.  Appreciate y'alls help.
