Imperial Premier butcher block for $170 - Good buy or bad idea?
« on: December 09, 2006, 04:47:20 PM »
I'm looking to buy a table for my young children. I found an Imperial Premier table in like new condition for $170 in my area.

In your opinion, is this a waste of money? In other words, should I hold out and wait until I can find a Tornado table in the $400-500 range?

I grew up playing on a Tournament Soccer table and got many years of enjoyment out of it. I'd like my kids to get the same.

Thanks for the advice...

Hey Rajah... There certainly is a big PRICE difference between the $170 and $4-500!!!
But... if you there is an equallly big QUALITY difference....

But.. if you can get that table now, used for $170... then when you get the better deal... you should be able to get most of the $170 you paid for the Premier back by reselling it....

The Men/Feet on the Premier tables are a lot like that of the TS tables... and parts for it are not too expensive... so you and your family should get plenty of FUN and use out of it until they start SCREAMING at you to upgrade!  :)

happy foosing... Jim
p.s. here is a link to some TS parts that'll work on the Premier
